A delivery charge is required on the location of the delivery. Please check post codes covered.

These charges are as follows:

Breaston, Draycott, Breaston  £3.50

The Suburbs (DE21, DE22, DE1, DE23, DE24, DE72, DE73. NG10 )  £7.50

Derby City centre includes parking  £6.50

County  DE65, DE74, DE75, DE6, DE7, DE11, DE13)  £8.50

Melbourne £10.50

Derby Royal Hospital £7.95


 We will try to create designs as close to the pictures displayed on our web site as possible. Specific flower types may not always be available for seasonal or quality reasons. We reserve the right to choose an appropriate alternative to the same monetary value.



Delivery times

We deliver Monday to Saturday between (9am – 5.30pm)

We cannot take a specific time for general deliveries.

Funeral flower delivery

We deliver up to 2 hours before a funeral time.

Same day delivery

Deliveries for same day must be received and acknowledged before 1pm on that day. We recommend at least 24 hours.

Avoid disappointment

Although we always try our utmost to deliver successfully, the following points should help the process…

To avoid disappointment on Valentines Day, Mothering Sunday and Christmas time we cannot guarantee same day deliveries. Minimum 48 hours notice is recommended during these busy times.

It is our responsibility to deliver the item ordered, to the recipient, at the address stated, on the correct date. The sender can specify an am or pm delivery. We can only agree to a timed delivery for funerals and weddings.

If the recipient is not in we will, where possible leave the item with a neighbour, security guard or gate- keeper, or in a safe place. We leave a card to let the recipient know where the item has been left; alternatively, we will hold a fresh item at our shop for up to three days for collection.

It is the responsibility of the sender to ensure that a recipient is at the delivery address and that all delivery details are correct and complete. We can not be held responsible if…

The recipient is away, on holiday, off work, discharged from hospital (or similar) it is not possible to re-deliver to another address once dispatched. We will not offer a replacement at a later date. We will hold a fresh item, by arrangement, up to three days for collection from our shop.

We will not accept responsibility or costs incurred where delivery details are…

Incorrect, incomplete, or out of date. This includes restricted access to certain places of work, airports, gated properties, high security areas, hospital wards, blocks of flats or secure housing. the sender may need to make prior arrangements with a third party for the successful delivery of the item.

Weather conditions and failure to deliver

If a delivery cannot take place due to weather or other conditions beyond our control we will delivery at another arranged date.
