Complaints procedure
We would never intentionally provide poor quality or service.
If you are not satisfied with the service or the item you receive, please give us the opportunity to apologise and put things right.
We take any complaint very seriously and will require the complainant to supply as much detail as possible to enable us to investigate the cause.
We will resolve things as quickly as possible and give full refund or replacement where appropriate.
Because of the perishable and differing nature of our goods a complaint should be made as soon as possible, preferably within 1-3 days of receiving the goods. When the quality of an item is in question we will arrange a collection / assessment of the item to establish the nature of the problem and avoid future disappointments.
