Online shop Cancellation and refunds

If you change your mind about an order you have paid for, please make a cancellation as soon as possible. You can do this by contacting the shop, up to one full working day between the cancellation date and the date of delivery, by email or by telephone if you quote the order reference number.

Under normal circumstances an order may only be cancelled by the person named as the payee.

Cancellations will usually receive a full refund although Isobel the florist may levy an administration charge or a cost incurred to produce custom made goods. Refunds are made directly to the person named as the payee and not to a 3rd party.

Refunds will be received as soon as possible and no later than 30 days.

Online shop Refund policy

Non perishable goods

If you decide to return an undamaged non-perishable item you may do so within 7 working days of delivery. A full refund will be given direct to the payee and not to a 3rd party. This does not include the delivery cost or costs incurred by the recipient in returning the item.

Perishable goods

Refunds for perishable and custom-made goods are given at the discretion of Isobel the florist.
